BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING CONDITIONS :

A booking is confirmed either by e-mail or mail
There is a minimum deposit required equivalent to 1 night’s stay
The amount of the deposit depends of the length of stay
Accepted payment methods : credit card or bank transfer with signed consentement form

CANCELLATION POLICY :

When cancelling a booking penalties will apply :

Up until 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded.
A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the deposit will apply

The deposit will not be reimbursed in the following situations :

If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival
An early departure
A no-show
